Postcard Mailing Service
Postcard mailing service: upload a design, we print, address and mail it
A print-and-mail postcard service for businesses that already have a design or a list. Upload the PDF and the addresses; we print a 5×8.25 or 6×11, clean the list, presort, add postage and mail within two business days, quoted for your city.
If you already have the postcard and the list, you do not need a campaign; you need someone to print it, address it correctly, get the postage discount and hand it to the USPS without mistakes. That is this service. Upload a PDF and a spreadsheet, choose a size and a mail class, approve the quote and the proof, and the mailing is in the stream within two business days.
Behind the upload button is a real mail shop: CASS-certified address standardization, NCOALink move updates, duplicate removal, presort to the finest level your list supports, Intelligent Mail barcodes and a postage statement filed under our permit. The quote shows printing, mail processing and postage separately, priced for the city the mail is going to.
What does a postcard mailing service actually do?
Four things, in order. It prints your card to the specification the USPS mails at the lowest rate. It cleans your list, which is where a third of most first-time lists fail: wrong ZIPs, apartment numbers missing, people who moved two years ago. It sorts the mail and prints the barcodes that earn the automation discount, then files the postage statement. And it physically delivers trays to the USPS acceptance unit and gives you the scan data back.
Doing this yourself means a permit imprint (a one-time application fee plus an annual mailing fee), presort software, an addressing machine and a trip to the Business Mail Entry Unit with the paperwork right. Using a mailing service means paying a quoted per-piece rate instead, with the permit and the equipment already in place.
What is the cheapest way to mail postcards in bulk?
Mail them as USPS Marketing Mail from a clean, presorted list. Marketing Mail postage is well under half of a retail First-Class stamp, and the saving grows on larger cards. The catch is that Marketing Mail requires 200 pieces, CASS-certified addresses and presort, all of which we do as part of the service. If you are mailing fewer than 200 pieces, First-Class presort is the cheapest legal option, and it is forwarded and returned as a bonus.
Can you mail postcards for realtors on a recurring schedule?
Yes. Farming works on cadence, so we set up monthly or six-week drops to the same farm list with the design swapped each time. The list is re-run through NCOA before every drop, new movers can be added automatically, and the quote for a recurring program covers every drop so the per-piece rate is known in advance.
How do I know the postcards were delivered?
Every piece carries an Intelligent Mail barcode that USPS equipment scans as the mail moves through the network. We report those scans back by ZIP code and day, so you can see when the bulk of the mailing hit mailboxes and time your follow-up ad or email to it. Undeliverable addresses on First-Class mailings come back to us and we send you the list so it can be corrected.

Postcard Mailing Service: questions people ask
What is the cheapest postcard mailing service?
The cheapest legitimate option is a service that mails under its own USPS permit at Marketing Mail rates and charges a quoted per-piece rate for printing and processing with no permit, setup or list-processing fees. That is how we work, quoted for your city at up to 60% less than the big online printers.
Can I use my own mailing list?
Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet with the address columns you have. We standardize the addresses, update moves through NCOA, remove duplicates and tell you how many pieces will actually mail before you approve the quote.
Do I need a bulk mail permit to use your service?
No. Everything mails under our USPS permit and our indicia prints on the card, so you never pay the permit or annual mailing fees. If you have your own nonprofit authorization we can mail under it to get the nonprofit rate.
How fast can you print and mail my postcards?
Within two business days of proof approval for standard jobs. Rush production is available when a date cannot move. Add the USPS delivery window: one to five business days for First-Class, three to ten for Marketing Mail.
Will you mail postcards to other countries?
No. We print and mail inside the United States, to every state and territory the USPS delivers to. International addresses in a list are flagged and excluded before mailing.
